DEMIAN AND COMPANY, LLC in Cranford, NJ is seeking an Office Manager to keep the CPA office organized, run daily operations, and ensure clients are well cared for. Tax experience is a plus, but training will be provided. The role offers a friendly team, full training, and a regular 10 a.m.

start with flexible, family-friendly options. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $56,000 per year, with discretionary bonuses three times a year, and monthly health insurance contributions. Hours are 10 a.m.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office or administrative experience.
• Honesty, reliability and a strong work ethic.
• A sharp eye for detail and excellent follow-through.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Tax preparation or review experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day office operations.
• Be the first point of contact for clients by phone, email and in person.
• Manage schedules and appointments.
• Keep tax returns moving from intake to delivery.
• Do a final error check on tax returns before they're filed.
• Handle billing and client payments.
• Learn our accounting and tax software.
