Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 per year, health insurance, and 15 PTO days.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and diligence skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the tax workflow, assemble and send returns, manage filings.
• Act as client concierge, request documents, manage inquiries.
• Prepare invoices, record payments, and ensure A/R accuracy.
• Update client databases, ensuring integrity and confidentiality.
• Organize and maintain clean, searchable records.
• Support daily administration tasks to keep operations smooth.
