Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Office Manager to support the Branch Manager and oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the service center. You will guide and motivate staff while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Office administration experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek with potential overtime.
• Team-oriented and customer-service mindset is important.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative staff and functions at the service center.
• Interact with customers by phone or email to schedule and resolve issues.
• Ensure services are entered, scheduled, posted, collected, and sold.
• Train, motivate, and work alongside the team to meet branch goals.
