Lawn Doctor of Erie-Edinboro-Hermitage is seeking a dependable Office Manager to deliver outstanding customer service for our lawn care clients. You will answer phones, quote prices, process paperwork, and support a fast-paced sales team.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational and computer skills (Word and Excel). Training will be provided on our software, and previous office-management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel; training on our software will be provided.
• Office manager experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers and potential customers.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sell Lawn Doctor services over the phone.
• Maintain customer data records accurately.
• Manage daily activities of Customer Service Representatives.
