Job summary

USA Insulation is seeking an Office Manager to be the first point of contact for customers, and a partner to sales and technical teams. The role emphasizes organization, phone coordination, scheduling, and a customer-focused mindset.

The successful candidate will understand products, assist with leads, and coordinate internal and external communications, while supporting the General Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and/or customer service success.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using a CRM.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Learn and fully understand the USA Insulation product offerings and pricing strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Manage and distribute sales leads from all sources.
• Contact leads to schedule in-home consultations with Energy Consultants.
• Document all activity in the company CRM.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and gain reviews on social media.
