Charge Pro, an Austin-based electrical contractor, seeks an Office Manager & Bookkeeper to own bookkeeping, HR, compliance, and back-office ops. In a startup environment, you’ll build processes, keep filings current, and ensure vendors and payroll run smoothly.
You’ll code expenses to GL accounts, process invoices, support month-end close, onboarding, and procurement. If you’re self-starting, detail-oriented, and enjoy wearing many hats in a growing Texas company, this role is for you.
Charge Pro is an Austin-based electrical contractor with offices in Dallas and Houston, specializing in residential EV charger installation, battery storage systems, and DC fast charger deployment. As we grow, we need someone who can bring order and reliability to the day-to-day operations of our office so our field and leadership teams can focus on the work in front of them.
We're a small, fast-growing company, and this role is core to how we operate day to day. We're looking for a resourceful Office Manager & Bookkeeper who can own our bookkeeping and back-office operations, keep HR and compliance on track, and generally make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a startup environment — priorities shift daily, there isn't always a playbook, and you'll be expected to figure things out and get your hands dirty. If you like a clean inbox and a fixed job description, this isn't it. If you want real ownership over how an office runs and are willing to put in the work to build it, this is a great fit.

Support procurement coordination with suppliers (e.g., material orders, vendor accounts)
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Jump in on ad hoc projects as the business needs — this role will evolve as we grow
Help build and document office processes as we scale from startup to established company
Join a growing company at the center of the EV and energy storage transition in Texas. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll have real ownership over how our office runs and the chance to build the processes that carry us from startup to established company.
