The position requires a thorough understanding of bookkeeping, including experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, familiarity with payroll (experience with ADP is a plus), and knowledge of other HR areas such as health insurance and benefits.
Unlike some larger firms, WFFA does not treat its employees as expendable drones who can be burnt out and replaced. A typical day ranges from 9:00 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM, and candidates can expect a milder busy season than that of a typical Big-4 employee.
