Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret guidelines and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

Job description

Location: Horizon Dental - Sunrise Office Manager (Practice Manager) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated practice manager to lead our dental practice. This position is critical to achieving excellence in patient care while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The practice manager is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating staff and daily operations to ensure five-star patient experience at an affordable, in-network cost. The practice manager will work closely with the Regional Team to ensure all financial, clinical, quality, and patient satisfaction goals are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Competitive pay. Starting pay $70,000 plus benefits
