  • Review of operational and financial reports.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor practice budgets.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, treatment plan presentation, and financial coordination.
  • Maintain general ledger, billing systems, and cash controls.
  • Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Hire, train, and supervise new office employees.
  • Provide strong individual and team leadership to ensure exceptional patient service.

Location: Guardian Corporate Office Manager (Practice Manager) Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated practice manager to lead our dental practice in our Dallas TX location. This position is critical to achieving excellence in patient care while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The practice manager is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating staff and daily operations to ensure five-star patient experience at an affordable, in-network cost. The practice manager will work closely with the Regional Team to ensure all financial, clinical, quality, and patient satisfaction goals are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits and compensation
  • Competitive pay. Starting pay $70,000 to $75,000 plus benefits and bonus!
