Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking an experienced practice manager to lead our dental office. You will direct daily operations, supervise front desk staff and clinical team, and ensure a five-star patient experience while maintaining in-network costs.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, adherence to HIPAA, and budgeting oversight. You will work with the regional team to meet financial, quality, and patient satisfaction goals and hire/train new staff for

• Maintain general ledger, billing systems, and cash controls.
• Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
• Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Hire, train, and supervise new office employees.
• Provide strong individual and team leadership to ensure exceptional patient service.

Position Overview

The practice manager will work closely with the Regional Team to ensure all financial, clinical, quality, and patient satisfaction goals are consistently achieved.

• Competitive pay. Starting pay $55,000 to $65,000 plus benefits and bonus!
