Office Manager

In this role, you will collaborate with the Principal and manage the office's administrative functions, acting as the Principal’s second in command to ensure smooth operations. You will oversee all aspects of the office, from supplies to schedules.

Qualifications
  • Passion for people; active listening and understanding before responding
  • Desire for self-improvement, continuing education, and self-reflection
  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in office management or project accounting in design or construction industries (training available for less experienced candidates)
  • Proficiency in relevant software: Quickbooks or similar, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to travel to local jobsites as needed
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Dynamic presentation skills
  • Comfortable managing project communication and coordination
  • Enjoy mentoring and coaching junior staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build authentic relationships
  • Responsiveness, attention to detail, and caring attitude
  • Ability to give and follow creative solutions and directions

Job Details

Salary: $50,000-$80,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Full-time in-office position, M-F 8-6, Friday 8-12
