Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the St. Louis office during scheduled workdays.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor needs.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for employees, visitors, and service providers.
  • Assist with scheduling, administrative projects, and general office support.
  • Coordinate deliveries, mail distribution, and office communications.
  • Ensure conference rooms, common areas, and workspaces remain organized and functional.
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

About the Opportunity:

A growing professional services organization is seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of its newly established St. Louis office. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly during scheduled workdays by coordinating administrative tasks, managing office logistics, supporting employees and visitors, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.
