Office Manager
Location: (West Seattle)
Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 20 Hours per Week)
Compensation: Starting at $25-40HR
The Opportunity
Seattle Search Group is partnering with a growing CPA firm to identify an organized and proactive Office Manager. This is a highly visible role supporting executive leadership while overseeing day-to-day office operations, administrative functions, and company events.
The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position offers a diverse mix of executive support, office management, project coordination, and event planning, with the opportunity to grow as the organization continues to expand.
Office Administration
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
- Assist with basic technology setup and software coordination.
- Support general administrative and operational projects.
Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and executive logistics.
- Handle confidential communications and administrative requests.
- Track priorities and follow up on action items across leadership.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership.
Operations & Event Coordination
- Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Assist with planning leadership meetings and company gatherings.
- Coordinate vendors, schedules, and event logistics.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives.
Content & Administrative Support
- Assist with logistics during company content recording sessions.
- Coordinate file organization and transfer of recorded content.
- Track production timelines and administrative follow-up.
- Support miscellaneous projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office management, executive assistant, administrative, or operations experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business software.
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
