A fast-growing AI startup in San Francisco seeks an Office Manager to oversee in-person operations. This role involves logistics, vendor management, and creating a productive office environment. We’re currently about 100 employees and expanding. As we grow, we’re looking for an Office Manager who’s proactive, resourceful, and excited to take full ownership of our in-person office operations.
Location: San Francisco
Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00/6:00pm
Compensation: $80–90k base

As our Office Manager, you’ll report to the Executive Assistant and take full responsibility for creating a high-functioning, welcoming, and productive office environment. You’ll own logistics, vendor management, events, office maintenance, and everything that makes the day-to-day run smoothly for our high-performing team.
