We’re a fast-growing AI startup building the most advanced conversational AI agents for the enterprise. With over $100M raised from leading investors and a customer base that includes some of the most well-known tech companies, we’re scaling quickly—and so is our team.
We’re currently about 100 employees and expanding. As we grow, we’re looking for an Office Manager who’s proactive, resourceful, and excited to take full ownership of our in-person office operations.
Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00/6:00pm
Compensation: $80–90k base
About the Role:
As our Office Manager, you’ll report to the Executive Assistant and take full responsibility for creating a high-functioning, welcoming, and productive office environment. You’ll own logistics, vendor management, events, office maintenance, and everything that makes the day-to-day run smoothly for our high-performing team.
