Our client is seeking a passionate Office Manager to oversee the operations of a newly opened 2,700 sq ft office in Arlington. The role involves providing administrative support across various functions, including purchasing, asset management, IT/network coordination, mail handling, conference arrangements, travel, catering, security, and maintenance.
The Office Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with company and government regulations and maintain effective communication with other client sites. The role requires operating with local autonomy to ensure 100% uptime of office facilities, equipment, and networks, even during outages elsewhere.
The ideal candidate enjoys creating a positive front-office experience, collaborates well with others, works independently, manages time effectively, and possesses excellent listening and communication skills. This position requires onsite presence five days a week, with periodic adjustments for external client visits.
