For more than a decade, Ironwall by Incogni has been a leader in online privacy protection services, specializing in removing personal information for government organizations and businesses. We are searching for an Office Manager to provide vital support to our team, helping ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted partner to the executive team by providing administrative support, including:

Writing, editing and managing email communications

Drafting memos, preparing correspondence and communicating with clients

Documenting action items and taking meeting notes

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

Organizing and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary

Managing the company calendar

Planning and booking company appointments and travel arrangements

Arrange all travel accommodations for staff, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation.

Prepare detailed travel itineraries and communicate them clearly to the traveling staff

Handle any issues or adjustments to travel plans as needed, including cancellations, changes, and delays.

Performing minor accounting tasks, such as tracking expenses, invoices and activity

Support the management team and company with additional duties as needed

Maintain the company office supplies

Desired Candidate Qualities:

Preference will be given to those candidates with experience using the following applications:

SalesForce CRM

Payhawk or other financial management applications

What We Offer:

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Mission Viejo, CA. Salary range is $25-$33 per hour, based on experience.
