A leading company in the mental health field is seeking an office manager to streamline operations and enhance organizational systems. The office manager will support day-to-day office activities, maintain patient relations, and ensure a professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess organizational and communication skills and have prior experience in office management, preferably within a mental health agency.

The office manager oversees office operations, streamlines systems, tracks data, and promotes a professional and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate is an organized and efficient leader who loves motivating and encouraging others to do their best work. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required. Responsibilities: • Be the caring and professional point of contact for potential new patients as well as existing patients • Oversee our day-to-day operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling patients, collecting payments, verifying insurance, and basic insurance submission • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective, including schedules, filing systems, and ordering of supplies • Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our commitment to creating a caring, professional environment for employees and patients • Track and prepare monthly operational reports • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary • Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers as a representative of our organization Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of office management experience. Experience in Mental Health agency preferred • Caring and professional demeanor • Effective communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills • Exceptional organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel • Proficiency is using Electronic Medical Records, although experience in the use of our specific system (Therapy Notes) is not required • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures a plus Compensation: $25 - $30
