Illinois State University is seeking an Office Manager for Student Counseling Services (SCS). Under the supervision of the Office Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, handling confidential information and contributing to program operations and staff workflows.

Under the supervision of the Office Administrator, the Office Manager provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for Student Counseling Services (SCS). This position exercises independent judgment and discretion while supporting clinical operations, training programs, outreach initiatives, departmental business functions, and personnel processes. The Office Manager serves as a key resource for staff, students, trainees, and campus partners and contributes to the efficient operation of the department while maintaining compliance with confidentiality and university policies. $20.12 - $20.77 per hour
Must maintain knowledge of Student Counseling Services and University procedures, as well as State and Federal confidentiality laws.
8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
