Title: Office Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of front office operations, including vendor relations, space planning, and building maintenance coordination
- Oversee inventory of supplies and refreshments, manage kitchen/pantry stock, and handle weekly catering and event logistics
- Support employee onboarding by coordinating desk setup, access credentials, and welcome materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate office events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives
- Serve as the central point of contact for facility-related needs across offices in New York and remote satellite hubs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, visitor access procedures, and internal security standards
- Partner with IT for support with AV systems and office hardware
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in office management or facilities oversight, ideally in financial services, fintech, or high-growth environments
- Prior experience working in high-end office buildings or Class A properties strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster a welcoming and professional environment
- Highly organized and resourceful; capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- COVID-19 vaccination required
