Job description

The office manager position is responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, meeting coordination, vendor services, and acting as a liaison with corporate services. This role involves directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for optimal utilization of services and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Organize office operations and procedures to maintain office services.
  2. Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including managing daily schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports.
  3. Monitor expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility within established budgets.
  4. Oversee vendor relationships and interactions, involving corporate services as needed.
  5. Participate in developing and implementing key office initiatives and supporting operational objectives.
  6. Develop and execute department processes and procedures, analyzing and implementing improvements.
  7. Plan and facilitate meetings and trainings, ensuring employees receive necessary information and instructions.
  8. Maintain effective communication within the department and with internal and external partners, informing employees of company and department updates.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to handle special requests or projects and resolve workflow issues.
