You will oversee scheduling, billing, HIPAA compliance, and performance metrics to deliver an outstanding patient experience from check-in to follow-up. This role emphasizes leadership, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced dental practice.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dental office management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of dental software systems and insurance processes.
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred.
