Due to continuing growth, our team is looking to add an Office Manager in our Mesa, AZ office - Grand Vista Advisors. The Office Manager will serve on the front lines of what we do every day. The number one goal of a successful Office Manager is to set a solution-driven, customer-centric, positive tone with clients. Behind the scenes, you will be expected to proactively work with the office Director to ensure our team is operating at full capacity and nothing is falling through the cracks. Software and process adoption is expected from every Office Manager.
