Work closely with the General Manager and every dealership department to ensure financial transactions, payroll documentation, accounts, titles and reports are completed accurately and on time.

You will oversee the core accounting and administrative workflows that allow the dealership to operate accurately, efficiently and on schedule.
You plan ahead, solve problems and keep complex work organized without losing sight of the people and departments depending on you.
Three or more years of experience in a related position or field.
Dealership accounting experience is strongly preferred.
Strong mathematical, analytical and account-reconciliation skills.
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare spreadsheets, formulas, reports, correspondence and business documents.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
