• Process daily transactions: handle deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
• Audit car deals: review deals for accuracy using the Deal Checklist before submission.
• Track and report issues: maintain notes on missing or incorrect items and support compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with store operations: work with store teams to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
• Assist with accounting schedules: help maintain reconciled schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
• Cross-train and provide backup: learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions.
• Meet performance standards: ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all tasks.

• Audit car deals: review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
• Track and report issues: maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with store operations: work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
• Assist with accounting schedules: help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
• Cross‑train and provide backup: learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.
• Meet performance standards: ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.
