Office Manager Needed: Join Our Dental Team!
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and personable Full-Time Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office staff, ensuring smooth administrative operations, handling patient relations, and assisting in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures. This individual will play a key role in ensuring an efficient, patient-focused environment.
Pay
- $65,000 - $95,000 per year
Shift & Schedule
Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
Requirements
- Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 5+ years of practice
minimum of 5 years experience in dental office
Preferences
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is required
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Familiarity with EagleSoft software is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
Job Description
- Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the dental practice.
- Manage office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and other administrative team members, providing training, leadership, and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, ensuring that appointment slots are filled, and the schedule is optimized to avoid delays or bottlenecks.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Supervise billing and collections, ensuring that patient accounts are accurate, payments are processed efficiently, and insurance claims are submitted in a timely manner.
- Assist with financial management, including budgeting, payroll, and reporting, to ensure the financial health of the practice.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Ensure the office is adequately stocked, including ordering supplies, equipment, and managing inventory levels.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow, efficiency, and patient experience.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote the dental practice, including managing social media accounts, updating the website, and overseeing community outreach efforts.
- Monitor office performance, tracking key metrics such as patient satisfaction, office revenue, and staff productivity, and providing reports to the dentist or owner.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance, repairs, and office needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, ensuring it is in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all office operations adhere to state and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA standards.
