Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC is seeking an Office Manager to run our Houston corporate office. You will oversee daily operations, front‑of‑house activities, vendor relations, and administrative support across corporate departments.

The role is hands‑on, highly visible, and involves coordinating events, onboarding, and communications. You will partner with HR and IT to ensure a smoothly functioning workplace and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative operations role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a service‑oriented approach
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, or CPG
  • Preferred: Experience with ERP or accounting systems for invoice/PO processing

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including reception, mail and shipping, conference room scheduling, and common‑area upkeep
  • Order and maintain office supplies, kitchen/breakroom stock, and equipment within an established budget
  • Serve as primary liaison with building management, janitorial services, security, and maintenance vendors
  • Coordinate office equipment service (copiers, printers, phones) and partner with IT on workspace setup for new hires
  • Provide administrative support to corporate leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Process invoices, check requests, and purchase orders; code and submit to Accounting for approval
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, including confidential records
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as requested
  • Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and employee engagement activities, including catering and logistics
  • Support onboarding logistics for new corporate hires — workspace, badge, supplies, welcome materials — in partnership with HR
  • Assist with company‑wide communications and posting of required notices
  • Maintain office safety supplies, emergency procedures, and evacuation plans
  • Support recordkeeping and posting requirements in coordination with HR
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Job description

The Office Manager keeps our Houston corporate office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Regular use of computer, phone, and standard office equipment
