What You’ll Do

As an Office Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring everything functions seamlessly and professionally. Working closely with executive assistants and building maintenance teams, you’ll provide essential support to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and guests.

Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
  • Manage Front Desk and Executive Assistants: Provide leadership and guidance for seamless office coordination.
  • Oversee Office Operations: Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Restock Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring all employees have what they need.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Guarantee common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces are clean and inviting.
  • Organize Holiday and Team-Building Activities: Plan and execute engaging events that reflect company culture and values.
  • Coordinate Building Maintenance: Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Oversee Office Technology: Work with IT to maintain the functionality of office equipment such as printers, phones, and AV systems.
  • Meeting and Event Logistics: Organize and manage office and meeting logistics, ensuring Level 1 and Level 2 guests have an exceptional onsite experience.
  • Create and Maintain SOPs: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline office processes.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Work with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee Mail and Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Handle Administrative Tasks: Support executives and team members with ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure office operations align with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Take Ownership: Proactively address challenges and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
