Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage attorneys’ calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely task execution
  • Oversee all administrative operations, including office layout and workflow optimization
  • Collaborate with HR on updating and enforcing office policies and procedures
  • Supervise and maintain office equipment in coordination with IT support
  • Process, track, and manage all firm invoices and payments
  • Manage vendor contracts, including pricing negotiations and renewals
  • Monitor and maintain the general office budget and expenditures
  • Provide regular operational reports to the Managing Partner
  • Lead and manage the administrative team, fostering a culture of productivity and accountability

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred
  • 5+ years and proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with office systems, procedures, and equipment
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
