Base pay range

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team, a leading provider of party bus and luxury transportation services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing office operations, supporting clients, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring our fleet operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support & Communication
  • Provide top-tier customer service and support to clients
  • Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and online reviews
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and assist with reservations
  • Marketing & Promotion
  • Design and distribute promotional flyers for our tours & company
  • Manage and regularly post on company social media platforms
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Operational Support
  • Upload and organize documentation related to vehicle repair orders on our internal system
  • Monitor and replenish inventory at the storage facility; coordinate supply orders as needed
  • Respond to irregular operations by delivering supplies to drivers or facilitating necessary coordination
  • Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with drivers and staff to resolve day-to-day operational issues alongside the Director of Operations
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office administration or operations management
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, email platforms and social media tools
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Experience in marketing, event promotion, or hospitality is necessary
  • Self-starter with ability to work alone under limited supervision
