Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

We’re on the lookout for a Store Manager to take charge of our Greenville, SC location! If you have experience in land surveying, construction, and retail management, this is your chance to lead a team, drive sales, and make a difference in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory, shipping/receiving & customer service.
• Develop and execute strategies to hit sales targets & increase profitability.
• Foster a team-oriented environment, providing support & leadership.
• Monitor sales trends & identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & local regulations.
• Manage inventory levels to balance availability & cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with store managers & corporate teams to drive overall success.

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Land surveying or construction experience (required).
• Strong budgeting & sales skills to maximize profitability.
• Proven ability to sell & negotiate with customers.
• Knowledge of wireless sales (preferred).
• Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
