Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Office Manager to run day-to-day front office operations, ensuring teammates have the tools and information needed to perform their jobs and to deliver a world-class customer experience.

You will oversee payroll and HR records, manage accounts receivable/payable, cash handling, and training to maintain Caliber SOPs across the center, while supporting a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and training to teammates.
• Handle payroll, HR administration, and records for center associates.
