About The Role
The role is the operational hub of a fully remote technology company: owning day-to-day office and team operations, vendor management, and cross-company coordination so that distributed teams can move fast without friction.
You will build and improve the systems behind onboarding, tooling access, procurement, and internal events — working directly with finance, people ops, and department leads to keep a fast-growing organization running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end remote operations: hardware procurement, laptop provisioning, software licenses, and equipment logistics for distributed employees
- Administer workplace tooling and SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Expensify) including access, renewals, and vendor negotiations
- Coordinate company-wide events, offsites, and team gatherings — negotiating venues, managing budgets, and handling logistics across locations
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, from office supplies and IT services to travel and benefits vendors
- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in partnership with People Ops, ensuring new hires are fully equipped and provisioned on day one
- Own expense management and administrative budgeting, tracking spend and flagging cost-saving opportunities to finance
- Design and document operational processes and SOPs to scale operations as headcount grows
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of office management, operations, or administrative experience, ideally at a technology company or startup
- Proven experience managing SaaS tools and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and renewal cycles
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities across time zones
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, expense platforms, and HRIS systems (Rippling, BambooHR, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with procurement systems (Zip, Coupa), facilities management for a small physical footprint, or planning multi-day company offsites
