About The Role
The Office Manager is the operational hub of a fast-growing technology company: owning workplace operations, vendor management, and cross-team coordination so employees can do their best work without friction.
The role matters because scaling companies break without strong operations — this position keeps facilities, onboarding logistics, procurement, and day-to-day administration running smoothly while acting as a trusted point of contact for the entire team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination, supplies, vendor management, and office budget tracking in NetSuite or QuickBooks
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding logistics: equipment provisioning, workstation setup, access management in Okta, and first-week scheduling
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics for team offsites, all-hands meetings, and executive visits
- Run procurement and inventory workflows for hardware, software licenses, and office equipment; reconcile invoices and maintain vendor contracts
- Serve as first point of contact for workplace questions, facilities issues, and escalated administrative requests across departments
- Plan and execute company events, happy hours, and wellness programs to strengthen in-office and hybrid culture
- Maintain and improve operational documentation, office policies, and compliance records related to safety and facilities
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of office management, operations, or administrative experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment
- Demonstrated ownership of office budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and facilities or HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Envoy, BambooHR)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication with sound judgment on confidential matters
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Bonus: Experience coordinating hybrid work arrangements, running workplace experience programs, or managing multi-site operations
