Job description

Our client, an established and thriving financial firm, is looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations in their NYC headquarters.

Qualified candidates will be 3+ years of experience in corporate office management, ideally within the financial services space.

Please note that this office is full time in office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and facilities for the NYC office.
  • Oversee the office expansion project.
  • Manage the reception area, inclusive of greeting high profile investors, as needed.
  • Coordinate office logistics and administrative support.
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office tasks.
  • Oversee vendor management and ordering of office supplies.
  • Support executive teams and staff with administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of office management in finance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
