Job Title: Office Manager

Exemption Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

FT: Full time - 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $24 to $31.25 per hour, commensurate with experience

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Location: Onsite daily in Bethesda, MD with paid parking provided

Reports to: Company Principals

POSITION SUMMARY:

Aging Network Services, LLC seeks an experienced Office Manager. We are a 43 year old geriatric care management and psychotherapy practice. This position combines administrative, financial and office management tasks. The Office Manager must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately process bi-weekly payroll through QuickBooks.
  • Regularly perform all client billing and payment processing activities.
  • Perform all other bookkeeping duties including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Serve as the receptionist, greeting clients, vendors and employees in a courteous manner.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of experience and training
  • 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative assistant roles
  • Strong client service focus and ability to build strong relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, OneDrive, Google Workspace, QuickBooks
