The Role: Our Austin, Texas office is seeking an Office Manager to join the team. Working closely with the General Manager, Facilities and Human Resources teams, the Office Manager will build a superb environment providing the best employee experience. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Facilities:

  • Lead office facilities and operations for the Austin office
  • Assist Director of Facilities with improvement plans and projects
  • Meet, greet, and assist all visitors to the TX office
  • Be responsible for the office snack and beverage program. Stock the kitchen breakroom daily.
  • Liaison to the property manager and onsite contact for all vendors
  • Provide first level technical support, organize, and inventory all IT equipment
  • Receive and prepare FedEx packages.

Recruiting, Human Resources, and Employee Engagement:

  • Contact point for all Austin candidate onsite interviews both locally and with global offices
  • Assist Technical Recruiting with on campus and virtual career fair events
  • Assist WorldQuant Human Resources with onboarding new employees
  • Coordinate TX Employee engagement events, dinners, and catering

Administrative:

  • Create travel expenses reports for the General Manager
  • Provide administrative support for the TX team

What You’ll Bring:

Pay Transparency:

WorldQuant is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and benefits.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on job function and level, benchmarked against similar stage organizations. When finalizing an offer, we will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.

The base pay range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000 USD.
