Create and maintain event maps, directional signage, and day‑of operational materials. Develop and send participant communications, including confirmation emails, pre‑arrival instructions, parking details, and post‑event follow‑ups. Serve as primary operational liaison with Facilities Management, Sodexo Catering, Campus Services, and EMS scheduling to coordinate event logistics, troubleshoot day‑of issues, and build reliable campus partner relationships.
