Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing company. As Office Manager, you will provide executive support, manage administrative operations, and play a key role in logistics, scheduling, and internal communications. You will also lead event planning and vendor coordination efforts, helping to foster a collaborative and efficient workplace.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide executive-level support to senior leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure a well-organized and productive office environment.

  • Manage logistics and scheduling for internal meetings, events, and external engagements.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies, equipment, and services.

  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

  • Facilitate internal communications to keep staff informed and aligned.

  • Support onboarding processes and ensure employees have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional office atmosphere that reflects Janitza's values and culture.
