Job summary

QE Solar seeks an Office & Logistics Manager to support our Springfield headquarters and national field operations. This role oversees daily office operations, workplace support, facilities coordination, and logistics for field equipment, shipments, inventory movement, and technician support.

This position requires proactive problem-solving, ownership, and the ability to balance administrative duties with logistics in a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office management, logistics coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Springfield headquarters.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments of tools, materials, and field equipment nationwide.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, damaged goods, or carrier issues.
• Coordinate technician mobilization logistics and field material requests.
• Assist with inventory movement, receiving, and vendor coordination.
• Support executive scheduling, meetings, and administrative workflows.
