Job summary

QE Solar is seeking an organized Office & Logistics Manager to support the Springfield headquarters and nationwide field operations. You will oversee daily office operations, provide employee workplace support, coordinate facilities, and manage logistics for field equipment, shipments, inventory movement, and technician support.

The role requires ownership, problem-solving, and the ability to balance administrative duties with logistics coordination in a growing field operations business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office management, logistics coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving with ownership mindset.
• Experience coordinating vendors, shipments, facilities, or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of QE Solar’s Springfield headquarters.
• Maintain a professional, organized office environment for employees and leadership.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, facilities, and general operations.
• Manage visitor experience, reception, and office hospitality.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, badges, and supplies for employees.
• Support meetings, events, and internal communications.
• Monitor office expenses, invoices, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments of tools, materials, and equipment to field teams nationwide.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and manage transportation vendors.
• Support warehouse/inventory movement and RMAs with supply chain teams.
• Serve as central operational liaison with leadership and field teams.
