Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitable operation of the office, including business development and revenue generation.
• Ensure achievement of short and long-term financial and growth goals.
• Market the firm's services, sign contracts, and manage client relationships.
• Direct office budgets, sales, cash management and overhead.
• Lead marketing and business plans to leverage relationships and win new work.
• Act as client/project manager for major clients and guide project staff.
• Build a strong, empowered team with experienced staff and client relationships.
• Expand existing client relationships and pursue new ones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
