HNTB's Minnesota office is seeking a dynamic Sr. Project Manager to lead pursuit and delivery of local Minnesota projects in the $5 to $25 million range, with opportunities to expand nationally.

You will drive scope, schedule, budget, contracts, and client communications across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in engineering project management; outstanding

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
12+ years of relevant experience in engineering project delivery.
4+ years leading engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Develop project scope and fee quotes; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
Lead client liaison; manage scope, schedule and budgets to client satisfaction.
Oversee design tasks, analyses and reports; review specifications and plans.
Lead project delivery plan and execution; mentor project staff to achieve objectives.
Staffing and performance management including recruitment, development and compensation reviews.
Support business development with pursuit leaders; prepare proposals and presentations for mega projects.
May recruit and develop staff; handle other duties as assigned.
