Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation, and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and client satisfaction.
• Lead or participate in client contract scoping and negotiations.
• Lead design documents, technical plans, and written reports on projects.
• Implement the firm’s project delivery plan using HNTB’s Sophisticated Delivery Approach on each project.
• Lead the development and execution of the project management plan.
• Supervise and mentor team to achieve project objectives.
