Job summary

Corporate Interiors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate furniture and related initiatives from inception to closeout. You will act as the primary client interface, manage scope and success criteria, and lead dealer/manufacturer teams to meet timelines, budgets and safety requirements.

The role requires strong communication, planning and cost-management skills, with on-site supervision of trade resources and site readiness. Travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum 3 years PM experience in related industry.
• Prior furniture dealership experience preferred.
• Experience validating project labor pricing and installation challenges.
• Management of medium to large projects with focus on cost, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Strong product knowledge, building codes and correct product application.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage installation.
• Experience producing takeoffs, specs and order-ready documentation.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary client interface for furniture and diversified initiative projects.
• Establish scope and success criteria and ensure positive customer experience.
• Direct dealer/manufacturer client teams and communicate status throughout lifecycle.
• Develop, coordinate and oversee tasks, plans, timelines, logistics, budget and administration.
• Manage site readiness and supervise on-site trade resources and timelines.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including decisions and changes.
• Assist with bid documents and procurement of equipment and materials.
• Review technical services plans for accuracy and proper product application.
• Pre-construction planning with GCs, schedule site access and safety.
• Walk project, develop punch lists and drive resolution.
