Job summary

Corporate Interiors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead furniture and diversified initiative projects from inception to closeout.

You will serve as the primary client interface, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage scope, schedule, and budget to deliver a superior customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating dealer/manufacturer teams, overseeing on-site activities, maintaining project documentation, and supporting bid and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum of 3 years project management experience in a related industry
• Experience validating project labor pricing and troubleshooting installation challenges in the field
• Management of moderate to large scale projects with a focus on cost effectiveness, accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Strong product knowledge and basic technical knowledge, including building codes, product application, and cabling knowledge
• Able to analyze, plan, schedule and implement project installation
• Able to assist with takeoffs, specifications and order-ready documentation
• Strong organization skills including documentation and file management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Hedberg, BlueBeam and Autodesk Build
• Expert knowledge of Steelcase Village/Cockpit, Windows Explorer and Zoom/Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

• Primary client interface for furniture and diversified initiative projects
• Establish overall scope and success criteria; ensure positive customer experience
• Direct dealer/manufacturer client team to achieve mutual goals and communicate status
• Develop, coordinate and oversee all tasks, work plans, timelines, logistics, and budget
• Manage site readiness and supervise trade resources on-site activities
• Maintain detailed project documentation and change orders
• Assist with bid documents and procurement of equipment/materials
• Review technical services plans for accuracy and correct product application
• Pre-construction planning and meeting with GCs to review safety and access
• Walk the project and develop punch list; resolve punch list items
• Other duties as assigned
