Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking an Office Generalist at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, supporting the Headquarters Service Center and various AVI operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and transfer calls to the appropriate extension.
• Act as the liaison between your department and AVI’s Headquarters Service Center.
• Greet visitors in a pleasant and informed manner.
• Accurately process paperwork and electronic documents.
• Ensure confidentiality of all paperwork and reports.
• Assist with the hiring process to include scheduling interviews and reference checking.
• Update the status of candidates in an applicant tracking system.
• Participate in on-boarding new team members.
• Perform other clerical and administrative functions as necessary.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Office Generalist at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
