Job summary

Caritas Family Solutions is seeking an Office & Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple office locations and our agency fleet resources. You will lead office administration, facilities coordination, and Fleet management while partnering with programs to maintain productive work environments.

The role requires experience in supervision, multi-location operations, and strong organizational skills.

• Experience supervising staff across multiple locations.

• Customer service mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned office locations and fleet resources.
• Lead office administration functions including front desk, records, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety/compliance, and liaise with internal/external partners.
• Manage agency fleet operations: utilization, scheduling, GPS monitoring, fuel card reconciliation.
• Supervise and develop administrative staff and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Partner with leadership and programs to identify needs and improve processes.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees and workspace setup.
• Support meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Travel regularly between locations to provide oversight and support.
• Perform other duties to support agency operations.
