Job summary

Convergint is seeking an Office & Financial Services Manager to oversee the financial and administrative functions across projects and service work. You will lead a team, ensure accurate billing, and drive profitability while maintaining contract compliance and safe, efficient operations.

You will oversee monthly financial reporting, project costing, and collections, partnering with operations and sales to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial management for installation and service businesses.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to organize, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and oversee project-based financial administration and invoicing.
• Lead monthly financial reporting and close activities, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor project costing and ensure timely billing and collections.
• Drive EBITDA, DSO, and collections through active management and accountability.
• Coach and develop the project administration team to improve processes.
• Ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation through policy adherence.
