Job summary

Convergint is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations and field activities in a fast-paced service environment. You will oversee planning, proposals, bookings, and the execution of contracts while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong project management, leadership, and financial acumen, with experience supervising teams, managing budgets, and coordinating invoicing and collections. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years operations, service or project management.
• Experience in one or more industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations and coordinate planning, qualification of opportunities, and bookings.
• Coach and mentor operations team to improve skills.
• Own customer satisfaction across installed accounts and contracts.
• Oversee cost vs. actual, supervise labor and subcontractors, and supervise invoicing and collections.
• Perform additional duties as required.
